Our wedding dress code is Black Tie Optional, which means we request midi and floor length dresses, and tuxedos or formal suit and ties. For the dresses, think Garden Party formal - bright colors and florals; patterns, textures, and prints.

The ceremony will be on a grass lawn, so please avoid wearing stilettos or skinny heels.

April & May in Carmel we can expect high 70s during the day and a bit chillier at night. The entire wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, & dancing) will be outside so plan accordingly. We will have parasols for the day and heaters at night!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes! We will provide transportation to and from Carmel-by-the-Sea and Holman Ranch. We will provide an update closer to the date with details on pick up times and locations.


What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 3:30 pm, please plan to arrive no later than 3:15 pm. If you’re on the shuttle, you will be on time :)


We love your kids, however we'd love to celebrate with them another time :) Please leave the kiddos at home!

Are kids welcome?


We will indicate on your invitation and RSVP card how many seats we are saving for you. If you have any questions, please reach out!
